I will respond within 2 business days to confirm a consult time. During the consult, our goal is to confirm we are a great fit. You can ask questions, I will share about my experience and you can share about what you are looking for in therapy.
The consult can end with us scheduling a first session, you taking time to think about how you want to proceed or me providing clinically appropriate referrals. It makes sense if you feel nervous to connect, I always am before meeting a new therapist too.
