There will be a short talk and Q&A with a local mom’s therapist and a local pelvic floor therapist.

What to Expect
Expect a time to get to know other local moms with time to laugh and take a deep breath together. Have fun playing mom guilt bingo, savor a 5 minute massage and learn some ideas from local therapists!
