No, I work with adults who want to heal trauma. I support those who are ready to reclaim their spirituality and/or sexuality due to past experiences with rigid religious beliefs or purity culture. Adults who are interested in EMDR or trauma therapy are encouraged to contact me.

I currently accept most major insurances such as; Aenta, Cigna, United Health Care/Optum, Anthem, Medical Mutual, etc. If you contact me I can confirm if your insurance plan is accepted and what to expect as your co-pay.
Insurances do not cover extended and intensive sessions.
In September 2026, I will no longer accept insurance and instead will become an out of network provider. -
45 Minute sessions are $150.
90 Minute sessions are $360.
Three Hour sessions are $865.
Upon request, you can receive an estimated cost of services. -
45 Minute Sessions: Weekly
90 Minute Sessions: Weekly or bi-weekly
Three hour sessions: As needed -
My office address is 919 Cherry St. East, Suite 103, in Canal Fulton, Ohio. I also see Ohio and Pennsylvania clients virtually.

I am licensed in Ohio and Pennsylvania and therefore can see clients who are physically in those states at the time of services.

I am EMDR certified and a member of EMDRIA. I am IFS informed. I have specialized training in perinatal mental health, EMDR intensive therapy and spiritual trauma. -
Yes and it has been found to be just as effective. If you believe you would feel a greater sense of safety and connection in person, that is my recommendation. You get to decide!

No, we focus on the ones that feel most connected to current triggers. As a memory no longer holds distress, it may also reduce the distress of some of your other memories.

The first phases are focused on developing safety, building a connection between us and creating coping skills. All of this happens before we dive into any memories.
