It’s normal for kids to struggle when they are upset. Come with your child to learn about emotions as we practice ways to calm our bodies.
This is an interactive workshop with time to try out the ideas together. All kids need help in this area, (and adults!), so we’d love to learn alongside you and your child.
This event will be led by April, a mom and therapist for moms and Julia Copley, a therapist with a group practice that treats children.

I’m a mom and even as a therapist, I have found it SO hard to help my kids with ALL of the emotions. I want to help caregivers feel less alone, more confident and dispel any myth that any parent has it “figured out.”
Let’s learn and grow together!
