Kid Chill Skills
$0.00

It’s normal for kids to struggle when they are upset. Come with your child to learn about emotions as we practice ways to calm our bodies.

This is an interactive workshop with time to try out the ideas together. All kids need help in this area, (and adults!), so we’d love to learn alongside you and your child.

This event will be led by April, a mom and therapist for moms and Julia Copley, a therapist with a group practice that treats children.

Designed for kids ages 3-7 with their caregivers

Hosted at the Canal Fulton Library Friday, June 26th at 10am

Free! Registration opens through the library starting June 15th.

What to Expect

Kids need support in learning ways to cope with their frustration, upset and worry. We can help in the moment by grounding ourselves, kids meltdowns are activating!
